Managing Director Founder | Pioneer /Co-Inventor “Digital
Audio Snake” fiber optic audio technologies for Lester Audio
Laboratories in 1989. His Sales and Engineering carrier has spanned
fiber optic technologies for broadcasting in audio and video
applications. FAV was created to focus on these advanced technologies
for market development and advancements in broadcast. He has also
worked as an independent AV Producer/Technical Director for Fortune 100
companies worldwide. Michael has numerous production credits including
a tenure with Walt Disney Entertainment company.

Production Director | Mr.
Johnson has 25 years experience specializing in analysis, negotiations
and
implementation of business affairs. Hamilton has 24 years in business
development
and operations with Sundance Systems. COO of Sundance Systems
from 1985
until 2009 operating two electronics manufacturing companies.
Sundance
systems engineered, manufactured and sold Fibox Fiber Optic audio
systems and
Lighthouse Digital Routers worldwide. Facilities Manager
for 20
years, administrating and negotiating technical services and equipment
contracts In safety, tracked and investigated accidents, focusing on
return-to-work programs; developed Illness and Injury Prevention
Programs, applying
job safety analysis; Maintained all reports, including OSHA300 form.
Experienced dealing with OSHA investigations and researching defense
strategies, Workers Compensation management, Insurance and Risk
Control. He is
a Medic First Aid CPR and AED Trainer as well as an OSHA outreach
trainer in
construction.
As a production director
focused in the arts and entertainment industry and corporate
communications, Kevin Harkins brings a broad spectrum of experience to
every project. His video production and engineering credits for leading
fortune 500 companies include Hugo Boss, Discovery Channel, HannSpree,
CompuServe, Seattle Opera CEP, DKNY, The Corcoran Museum, and
Nintendo. He also has been successful working with non-profits
and arts organizations; Ballet Bellevue, the Gene Nastri School, and
The Boys and Girls Club. Additional production credits for Media
One/Progressive IMG/IATSE include U2, Rod Stewart, Amy Grant, The
Judds, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and The National Governor's Conference. Kevin
Harkins has more than 25 years of combined operational and artistic
experience.
